The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the
National Association of REALTORS®
who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
 Purchasing a home is one of the largest financial investments most Americans ever make. Though traditionally the REALTOR® was hired by the seller and acted in the seller's interest, a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®) is specially trained to represent the buyers, helping them get the best possible price for the home they desire.
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.
 The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. A national program since 1998, The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) offers a specific designation, SRES®, to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites.
By earning the SRES® designation, your REALTOR® has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Your REALTOR® has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
 e-PRO Certification is NAR's online training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals. Comprehensive and interactive e-PRO is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and owned by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR).
